Chainalysis, the blockchain data platform, and Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle platform, today announced a strategic partnership enabling Chainalysis users to leverage Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine alongside Chainalysis’ KYT (Know Your Transaction) risk intelligence, ensuring consistent, cross-chain compliance directly in their onchain workflows.
Through the partnership, users will be able to programmatically implement conditions around transfers, mints, redemptions, and withdrawals based on KYT alerts, with deterministic outcomes and audits. Previously, this process required manual checks and fragmented, chain-by-chain setups. This integration, anticipated to be live in Q2 2026, will help issuers, exchanges, and institutions move faster with standardized, policy-driven controls while reducing operational overhead and improving oversight. Chainlink ACE enables this policy enforcement using Chainalysis data, giving users a scalable, production-ready way to turn risk insights into automated safeguards.
Chainalysis KYT is designed to monitor cryptocurrency transactions in real-time, using advanced analytics to detect suspicious activity and prevent fraud. KYT’s continuous, real-time monitoring can help businesses build trust and create a secure market environment. KYT is used globally by leading exchanges, regulators, banks, and more.
Chainlink’s ACE is a standards-based framework, powered by the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), that lets institutions and protocols define, execute, and enforce compliance policies across public and private blockchains in a privacy-preserving, auditable way. With Chainlink ACE, builders can:
- Build once, enforce everywhere: Apply consistent rules across assets and chains via the Cross-Chain Token (CCT) Compliance Extension, which connects tokens to Cross-Chain Identity (CCID) and the Policy Manager.
- Turn policies into code: Use the Policy Manager to codify controls (e.g., allow/deny lists, RBAC, volume/time limits, pause, secure mint) with onchain enforcement and deterministic outcomes.
- Reuse trusted identity: CCID supports reusable, privacy-preserving credentials compatible with standards like LEI/vLEI, ONCHAINID, and DIDs.
- Operate with oversight: Monitoring & Reporting Manager provides alerts, SOC integrations, audit logs, and policy-driven reactions to strengthen operational resilience.
- Ship faster: Solution accelerators include a Compliance Sandbox, 12 audited policy templates, and SDK/API/CLI plus an admin UI.
“Our partnership with Chainlink is a critical next step to help bring Chainalysis risk intelligence to all KYT and ACE users,” said Jordan Bregman, Strategic Growth Director, Chainalysis. “By making KYT signals directly enforceable across workflows through Chainlink ACE, users can automate policy decisions, reduce manual review, and maintain consistent controls as they expand across chains and markets. Together we’re turning the highest-quality intelligence data into user defined and enforced controls that help teams operate with confidence.”
“This partnership with Chainalysis marks a key milestone in advancing on-chain compliance,” said Kostiantyn Dmitriiev, Senior Product Manager, Chainlink Labs. “By integrating Chainalysis’ real-time risk intelligence and KYT signals into Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), institutions can enforce compliance policies with precision and transparency. Together, Chainalysis’ risk-monitoring expertise, and Chainlink’s cross-chain infrastructure create a powerful framework for scalable, automated compliance solutions across chains and markets. This collaboration simplifies compliance operations and helps pave the way for faster, more secure institutional adoption of blockchain technology.”
About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, GMX, Lido, and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.
