Unfortunately, opportunistic scammers are impersonating us in an effort to take advantage of our strong brand recognition in the cryptocurrency industry to conduct crypto recovery scams, recruitment scams, phishing campaigns, and deliver fraudulent communications. These scams may use similar company names, copied logos/branding, fake job postings, look-alike websites, or unauthorized email addresses to appear legitimate, often using unsolicited messages designed to mimic us.

How to Recognize a Fake Communication

Be cautious of communications that:

  • Use email addresses with spelling variations or unfamiliar domains
  • Come from accounts that are similar to, but not identical to, our official accounts
  • Reference urgent job offers or opportunities that seem too good to be true
  • Request personal information, payments, cryptocurrency, fees, or sensitive documents
  • Contact you through unofficial channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal email accounts
