Without limiting any obligations in any agreement Licensee has agreed to with the applicable Chainalysis entity, this product guide (“Product Guide”) sets forth additional terms that apply to Licensee’s use of the applicable Services and as such, any Order is subject to this Product Guide unless explicitly stated otherwise in the remarks section of such Order. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Product Guide shall have the meaning given to them in the agreement for Services you have agreed to with the applicable Chainalysis entity. Chainalysis may unilaterally modify this Product Guide, so long as such modifications do not materially change Licensee’s rights or obligations within the same immediate Order term within which they initially accepted the applicable Services. Multiple terms within this Product Guide may apply to certain Services.
Risk & Compliance Solutions – Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages
Each Risk & Compliance Solutions package includes the Support tier (e.g. Silver, Gold, or Platinum) corresponding to the package tier. “Quantity” means the permitted number of screenings, addresses and/or blockchain settled transactions/queries as specified in an Order.
Transaction Screening
If Licensee exceeds, in the aggregate, the Quantity of single screenings as it relates to Transaction Screening within a Silver package, or the Quantity of blockchain settled transactions/queries as it relates to Transaction Screening within a Gold and/or Platinum package (in each case as registered in Chainalysis records), during the designated term, as set forth in an Order, Licensee shall pay the Overage Fee set forth in the applicable Order per each screening or blockchain settled transactions/queries, as applicable, in excess of the Quantity, in addition to the annual subscription fee. For the avoidance of doubt, (a) for Silver packages, each new screening of the same transaction will count towards the Quantity, and (b) Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, or permitted to carry over any screens that are not utilized during the applicable term.
Address Screening or Entity/VASP Risking
If Licensee exceeds, in the aggregate, the Quantity of single screenings as it relates to Address Screening and/or Entity Risking within a Silver package, or the Quantity of unique addresses, for Address Screening and/or Entity Risking within a Gold and/or Platinum package, (in each case as registered in Chainalysis records), during the designated term, as set forth in an Order, Licensee shall pay the Overage Fee set forth in the applicable Order per each screening or unique address in excess of the Quantity, in addition to the annual subscription fee. For the avoidance of doubt, (a) for Silver packages, each new screening of the same address will count towards the Quantity, and (b) Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, or permitted to carry over any address screenings that are not utilized during the applicable term. In addition, for all Address Screening and/or Entity/VASP Risking packages, upon conclusion of each annual segment of the term specified in an applicable Order (which for the avoidance of doubt includes the final annual segment of an applicable Order), Licensee’s Quantity shall reset, and each new screening of an address shall count towards the Quantity set forth in the Order, subject to the terms of this Product Guide. For clarity, the foregoing will not apply to any seat-based model for Entity/VASP Risking.
Sentinel – Silver
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Order and/or the MSA, the total number of individual assets Licensee may select to monitor in connection with the Sentinel Service specified above is limited to up to three (3) individual assets per each year of the term of this Order (the “Limit”). Once an asset has been selected for monitoring, this shall count towards the Limit per each year of the term of the Order, and cannot be modified, changed, or exchanged for another asset until the end of the current year of the Order in which a particular asset was selected by Licensee for monitoring. Licensee shall not be permitted to carry over or be entitled to any refund or credit if Licensee chooses to monitor less than three (3) assets during each year of the term of this Order.
Investigative Solutions – Silver, Gold and Platinum packages
Each Investigative Solutions package includes the following:
In the event Licensee has purchased the Basic Investigations tier of support, it will be provided with Platinum level support only as it relates to those Services contained within the Investigations package. For clarity, the level of support for all other Services will remain unaffected by the procurement of the Basic Investigations SKU.
Training
Training provided as part of a Chainalysis solutions package
In addition to the Training terms above, Training courses that are provided as part of a Chainalysis solution package (e.g., Investigations Solutions, etc.; each, a “Packaged Course”) are intended solely for, and shall be used solely by, (a) Licensee’s Authorized Users for the Services incorporated into the same package(s), and (b) in the event the number of participants allowed under the applicable Packaged Course exceeds the number of Licensee’s Authorized Users allowed for the Services incorporated into the same package(s), other employees or contractors of Licensee or its affiliates (as applicable) expressly designated by Licensee through written notification to Chainalysis. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event Licensee requires training in addition to or for more participants than those included in the Packaged Courses, it shall purchase additional Chainalysis courses.
If Licensee exceeds the permitted number of credits, in the aggregate, for any Transpose services (as registered in Chainalysis records), during the designated period, as set forth in an Order (each a “Limit”), Licensee shall pay the Overage Fee set forth in the applicable Order per each applicable credit tranche in excess of the Limit, in addition to the annual subscription fee. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, or permitted to carry over any credits that are not utilized during the applicable period.
During the applicable Order term, Licensee may request to upgrade its Limit as it relates to the Transpose services, at Chainalysis’ then-current rates for the applicable services and configuration and, upon acceptance of such request, the parties shall execute a new Order with a term duration that expires no earlier than the then-current Term.
Licensee acknowledges that in order for it to be able to use the Chainalysis Playbook service (“Playbook”), Licensee must complete the installation and set up of the KYT API V2 endpoints in accordance with the Documentation.
If Licensee exceeds the permitted number of blockchain settled transactions/queries (as registered in Chainalysis records), in the aggregate, during the designated period, each as set forth above (the ” Limit “), Licensee shall pay the Overage Fee per each transaction/query in excess of the Limit, in addition to the annual subscription fee. During the Order term hereof, Licensee may request to upgrade its Limit at Chainalysis’ then-current rates for the applicable services and configuration and upon acceptance of such request, the parties shall execute a new Order with a term duration that expires no earlier than the then-current Term. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee shall not be: entitled to a refund, credit, or permitted to carry over any transactions/queries that are not utilized during the applicable period. During the applicable Order term, Licensee may request to upgrade its Limit as it relates to the Investigations API service, at Chainalysis’ then-current rates for the applicable services and configuration and, upon acceptance of such request, the parties shall execute a new Order with a term duration that expires no earlier than the then-current Term.
Hexagate: Onchain Monitoring and Prevention
Each Onchain Monitoring and Prevention package includes one of the following tiers set out in the table below and as specified in an Order (Basic, Standard and Pro, each a ‘Tier’, together the ‘Tiers’). The Licensee is permitted to use the specified number of chains, addresses and monitors as set out in each Tier for the duration of the Term set out in an Order (“Limit”) only and if the Licensee exceeds the Limit, Chainalysis will require the Licensee to upgrade to a higher Tier. For the avoidance of doubt, the Limit does not reset every year of the Term and instead the Limit applies for the totality of the Term.
During the applicable Order term: (i) if Licensee requests to upgrade to a higher Tier and Chainalysis agrees to such a request; or (ii) the Licensee is required to upgrade to a higher Tier due to the Licensee being in breach of the Limit, Chainalysis will charge the Licensee the then-current rates for the applicable Tier and the parties shall execute a new Order with a term duration that expires no earlier than the then-current Term.

Hexagate: Ecosystem Security
Each Ecosystem Security package includes one of the following tiers set out in the table below and as specified in an Order (Basic, Standard and Pro, each a “Tier”’, together the “Tiers”). The Licensee is permitted to use the specified number of builders as set out in each Tier for the duration of the Term set out in an Order (“Limit”) only and if the Licensee exceeds the Limit, Chainalysis will require the Licensee to upgrade to a higher Tier. For the avoidance of doubt, the Limit does not reset every year of the Term and instead the Limit applies for the totality of the Term.
During the applicable Order term: (i) if Licensee requests to upgrade to a higher Tier and Chainalysis agrees to such a request; or (ii) the Licensee is required to upgrade to a higher Tier due to the Licensee being in breach of the Limit, Chainalysis will charge the Licensee the then-current rates for the applicable Tier and the parties shall execute a new Order with a term duration that expires no earlier than the then-current Term.
